2. Products and purchases
We do not sell products directly on this website. Our printable products are sold through Etsy (and any other marketplace we name), and those purchases are governed by that marketplace's terms and policies as well as these terms.

3. Digital products and license
What you get. Our products are digital downloads, delivered as PDF files. No physical item is shipped.
What you may do. When you purchase or download a Little Bayani product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download it, print it, and use it with your own family at home. [Optional: Teachers may also print copies for their own classroom.]

What you may not do. You may not:
Resell, share, give away, or redistribute the files, in whole or in part
Upload or post the files publicly, including on file-sharing sites, social media, and marketplaces
Claim our artwork, characters, or text as your own
Use our characters or artwork on products, merchandise, videos, or any other commercial project
Use our files or artwork to train AI models or datasets
Printing and supervision. Print quality and colors vary by printer and paper, and we are not responsible for printing costs. Activities that involve cutting or small pieces need adult supervision.

4. Refunds
Because our products are instant digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable. If a file is corrupted, missing, or won't open, contact us and we will fix or replace it. Orders placed on Etsy are also subject to Etsy's policies.

5. Intellectual property
Little Bayani, the characters (Kaloy, Maya, Toto, Tawi, and Aggy), and all artwork, videos, text, and designs on this site and in our products are our creative works and brand, and all rights are reserved. You may view and share links to the site for personal use, but you may not copy or reuse our content without our written permission.

6. AI-assisted content
Our illustrations, animation, and voices are created using AI-assisted design tools, with original creative direction, scripting, composition, and editing by our team.

7. Educational content
Little Bayani is designed to introduce young children to Filipino words, values, and culture. It is not a substitute for formal language instruction, and we do not promise any particular level of fluency. Filipino varies by region and family, and pronunciation guides are general. 8. Free downloads and newsletter
Free downloads are provided for the same personal use described in Section 3. By subscribing to our newsletter you agree to receive emails from us, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
