Privacy Policy

1. Who this site is for
Our videos are made for young children, but this website, our newsletter, and our free downloads are for parents, guardians, and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

2. Information we collect
Information you give us. Your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter or request a free download, and anything you include if you contact us.
Information collected automatically. When you visit, our website platform (Wix) and analytics tools may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and approximate location, using cookies and similar technologies.

Purchases. We do not sell products directly on this website. Products sold on Etsy are processed by Etsy, and we never receive your payment card details. Etsy shares limited order information with us (such as your name, email, and order details) so we can deliver and support your purchase. Etsy's own privacy policy applies to that information.
Videos. Our videos are hosted on YouTube. When you watch them or click through to YouTube, YouTube's privacy policy applies.

3. How we use your information
To send the free download or product you requested
To send our newsletter and announcements about new packs, stories, and episodes
To respond to your messages
To understand how the site is used and improve it
To protect the site and comply with the law
We send marketing emails only to people who have opted in. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and send emails (such as Wix and [email provider]), who handle it under their own privacy commitments, and when the law requires it.

5. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to understand how visitors use it. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and where required we ask for your consent through a cookie banner. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.

6. Where your information is processed
We are based in the Philippines. Our service providers may store or process information in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. We take reasonable steps to make sure your information is protected wherever it is processed.

7. How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After that we remove it from our active list, keeping only the minimum record needed to honor your opt-out. Website analytics data is kept according to our providers' retention settings.

8. Your rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you have the right to be informed about how your data is used, to access it, to correct it, to object to its processing, to request that it be erased or blocked, to receive a copy of it, and to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. If you live in the United States (for example, California), the European Union, the United Kingdom, or elsewhere, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor valid requests.
To exercise any of these rights, email [contact email]. You can also unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any email.

9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Links to other sites
Our site links to YouTube, Etsy, and other third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
